II. Supply Guarantee:
1. The buyer may place orders via telephone, email, or fax, or designated personnel may select products and issue invoices at the supplier's location for pickup;
2. For bulk orders within the same city, the supplier can deliver goods to the buyer's location for acceptance and signing;
3. Upon the buyer's request, the supplier will respond and resolve the issue within 24 hours. Special circumstances will be handled through negotiation between both parties.

III. Return and Exchange Regulations:
1. For direct users, unused, undamaged, and unsoiled products with intact packaging may be returned within one week after sale through negotiation;
2. For products with confirmed quality issues, the supplier is responsible for repair, replacement, or refund within the specified period as per quality laws;
3. For products damaged due to improper use or storage by the consumer, no return or exchange is allowed, but repair assistance can be provided at the consumer's expense;
4. For products eligible for return or exchange, if prices have been adjusted, returns or exchanges for price increases will be processed at the original price, while those for price decreases will be processed at the current price;
5. Custom-made or processed products are not eligible for return or exchange after sale.
